Use of the website is subject to the provisions of this document. Please read the terms of use of the website (hereinafter: the "Regulations"). Your entry to the website and use thereof indicate your consent to the terms specified above.

You may find additional terms of use and/or stipulations in some of the website sections, which refer to what is specified in that section or service. Use of these sections and services is subject to these terms of use as well as the individual agreements found therein.

In this document, the term Website Management includes its employees, directors, owners, persons operating on its behalf or in its name.

Contents appearing in the website

1. GlobeTrip.net is a content site of the kind that is "free to web surfers" operating on the Internet. The contents on the GlobeTrip.net site include news items, reviews, articles, picture galleries, forums, films, services, a video of experienced guides, home clips, picture galleries, blogs, comments, search for travel partners, personal travel journal, communities, personal profile management and other information. The Website Management has sole discretion to decide which of these contents will be posted on the site, the duration of the posting, their location and design and any other matter connected with their placement on the website.
2. The Website Management will not be liable for any direct or indirect financial or other damage caused to anyone resulting from use and/or reliance on the services on the website or the information and content appearing therein.
3. The Website Management shall not be liable for any information and content published on GlobeTrip.net by third parties or for any result due to reliance and/or use of them.

Information submitted by surfers on GlobeTrip.net

4. The information submitted for publication on GlobeTrip.net is usually open to all Internet users. Extra caution should be exercised when submitting personal details (such as addresses and telephone numbers) as well as comments and queries following the use of GlobeTrip.net or following publication of personal details.
5. Information published on the Internet should be treated with extra caution and discretion. This includes information that advertisers use on GlobeTrip.net, including in articles, blogs, forums, comments, advertisements or any other section on the website. The information is not published on behalf of the Website Management, and therefore it is not liable for its credibility, reliability, accuracy or completeness. Any information appearing on the website, whether it involves professional information or any other information, is not a substitute for consulting with suitable professionals where such consultation is warranted.

Prohibited Information
Website Management insists that surfers on the website hereby undertake:

6. Not to use content of a threatening, vulgar, racist or offensive nature, or content that is pornographic or of an obscene nature which may offend public sensibilities. Moreover, users must refrain from posting contents that may offend national symbols, government symbols, including monarchist symbols and any offense of a country's flag, national landmarks and heritage.
7. Not to subject the public of surfers to harassing requests and profanities.
8. Not to include in the content any material that constitutes a violation and/or intrusion of privacy, inciting rebellion, deception, infringement of copyrights, trademarks and trade names, designs, patents and an infringement of any third party rights, commercial torts and/or violation of the right to a good name, and/or violation of contractual rights and/or fiduciary duties to others and/or any other violation of any law.
9. Not to inundate forums and/or blogs with senseless announcements.
10. Not to use content that contain transmission of junk mail, spam or the mass sending of unrequested emails or SMS messages. Furthermore, users must not include content that relates, directly or indirectly, to radio/mobile phone services and/or end equipment, and/or any type of service that is or will be provided directly or indirectly by any of the radio/mobile phone/end equipment operators, unless prior written consent is granted by the operator.
11. Not to use obtrusive or obscene language that could insult or offend surfers on the website.
12. Not to harass surfers on forums, blogs, communities, through the personal profile, not to offend surfers and not to break the law in any other way.
13. Not to post on the website any illegal material, or material that encourages, supports, aids, provides instructions for committing or guides in committing an act that constitutes a criminal offense or may harm a person or group of persons.
14. Not to include any material that is slanderous or defamatory.
15. Not to publish prohibited material under the provisions of any law.
16. Not to incite racism, injury of another person, murder or breaking the law.
17. Not to publish personal details of surfers or telephone numbers.
18. Not to commercially publish through forums or blogs on GlobeTrip.net, including a commercial advertisement through forums, blogs, articles, clips, pictures, comments, communities, through the personal mailbox on the personal profile or through any other section.
19. To use the services in accordance with the Regulations and subject to the operating instructions and guidelines to be submitted from time to time by the Website Management.
20. Not to unlawfully break into material and/or computer files and/or transfer computer programs, a computer code or applications that contain a virus, including hostile programs known as Trojan horses, worms, vandals, malicious applications, etc. to other computers and/or to use or disturb other computers.
21. Not to send email messages that elicit complaints from the recipients.
22. Not to include any material pertaining to minors and which identifies them, provides their personal details, address and how to contact them.
23. Not to include passwords, user names and other details that enable use of computer software, digital files, websites or services that are subject to registration or payment, without paying or registering as stated.
24. Not to include any material that may mislead a consumer or user on the website.
25. Not to direct to any link or refer to any material that is banned in this document.

Advertisements

26. GlobeTrip.net is a website that contains commercial information that is submitted for publication by various advertisers. Such information could be in the form of text, video clip, pictures or voice.
27. Publication of commercial or advertising information does not constitute a recommendation or encouragement to purchase the services, properties or products offered for sale.
28. Website Management shall not bear any liability for the commercial information or advertisements published on GlobeTrip.net. Website Management is not liable for the content or truth of these advertisements. Sole liability for the content of the advertisements and commercial information is borne by the advertiser.
29. Any transaction made following an advertisement or information published on GlobeTrip.net will be directly concluded between the buyer and the relevant advertiser. Website Management shall not be a party to any such transaction, and it shall not bear liability for services and products offered in commercials and advertisements published in GlobeTrip.net or purchased through them.

Access to GlobeTrip.net

30. Website Management reserves the right that access to some of the services and sections on the website will be limited to subscribers to the website, and use thereof shall be subject to giving a user name and/or email address and/or password. Website Management shall have absolute and sole discretion to determine which services and sections will require subscribing to the website as stated.
31. If Website Management acts as stated in the previous section, the user name, email address and password will be personal and Website Manager may not/shall not be allowed to assign them to another person.
32. Website Management may from time to time add or modify the rules of access to the sections and accompanying services by receipt of user name, email address and password, or make access to them contingent upon approval of terms, at the discretion of Website Management.
33. Website Management reserves the right to charge a payment for the services that it provides.

Links

34. Website Management does not undertake that all the links on GlobeTrip.net will be intact and will lead to active websites. Website Management may remove links from GlobeTrip.net that were included in the past, or refrain from adding new links, at its absolute discretion. The fact that GlobeTrip.net has a link to a certain site does not constitute affirmation that the information on that site is complete, credible, current or reliable.

Intellectual Property

35. All the copyrights and intellectual property in GlobeTrip.net, including the GlobeTrip.net trade name and trademarks as well as the website design, including contents published on the site by Website Management or on its behalf and in any software, application, computer code, graphic file, picture, text and any other material contained therein belong to Website Management only.
36. No part of the aforesaid may be copied, distributed, displayed publicly or given to a third party without the prior written consent of Website Management.
37. Other contents may be found on GlobeTrip.net, which are published under an agreement between Website Management and a third party. The copyright to these contents belong to the third party and/or to Website Management, according to what was agreed between the parties.
38. These contents or any part thereof may not be copied, duplicated, disseminated, marketed or be given to the public, without the explicit prior written consent of the copyright owner.
39. Trademarks and advertisements of advertisers on the website are the property of these advertisers only and/or the property of Website Management.
40. Submission of information intended for publishing on GlobeTrip.net shall be deemed, by its very submission for publication, that the party submitting the information is the copyright owner and is entitled to submit it for publication. Submitting information for publication gives Website Management a free, worldwide license, without a time limit, to copy, duplicate, disseminate, market, submit to the public and use said information, at its discretion on the website and in any other Website Management website to be added to GlobeTrip.net and in any other or additional publication of the Website Management by any communication medium.

Website Management's Liability

41. The services and information in GlobeTrip.net are provided for use "as is". They cannot be tailored to individual needs. Surfers shall not have any contention, claim or demand against Website Management with respect to the content and features of the information and services, their capacity, limitation and adoption to needs.
42. Website Management does not warrant that the messages and/or information and/or notices to be published on GlobeTrip.net will bring about a response. Website Management hereby declares that it cannot anticipate which responses (if at all) will be received following the publication and who will respond to the information being published. Therefore it bears no liability for these responses, including the identity of the respondents or the outcome of the publication. Website Management shall not be liable for any use that a third party makes of details published by surfers.
43. Website Management does not undertake that the details posted in GlobeTrip.net by the website users will be complete, true or accurate. Website Management does not know the website users, and is unable to verify the information submitted to it. Website Management shall not bear any liability for any outcome stemming from information published on GlobeTrip.net by third parties.
44. Website Management does not warrant that GlobeTrip.net services will be operated in an uninterrupted, regular and error-free manner, and will be immune to unauthorized access to website computers or users' computers, or immune to damages, breakdowns or failures in hardware, software, communication lines and systems at the Website Management or at any of its suppliers.

Blocking Access

45. Website Management may prevent any user from using any of the website's activities, at its sole discretion and without any prior notice. Website Management may cancel the validity of the user name and password and cancel website membership. Website Management will do so should it learn that the terms set out in this document have been breached or should an act or omission be discovered that is unlawful or harms or is liable to harm the website activities, its users, Website Management or anyone on its behalf, as well as for any other reason that Website Management shall deem fit, at its absolute discretion.
46. The provisions of this section do not derogate from Website Management's lawful rights and in accordance with other provisions in these terms of use and in other online terms in the website.

Indemnification

47. Every website user undertakes to indemnify Website Management for any damage, loss, loss of profit, payment or expenditure that it shall incur, including lawyers' fees and court costs due to the breach of these terms of use.

Technical Support

48. Website Management does not provide any technical support for use of the website. Website Management shall endeavor to help solve technical problems relating to the use of the website as per requests received by email only and/or by other means of communication, as shall be published from time to time on the website.

Deleting Information

49. Website Management may delete any information submitted by website users for publication on any of the website activities, at its absolute discretion. Among other things, Website Management may delete information for technical reasons, or if the information published or the manner in which it was published is unlawful or contrary to any of the website's terms of use, and on any other reasonable grounds. The aforesaid does not obligate Website Management to monitor the contents at its initiative and does not constitute a third party undertaking.
50. Website Management may also delete any material published by it, at its sole discretion.
51. Any aforesaid content or information may be deleted within a set time frame. Website Management does not undertake that information and/or a website advertisement published on a certain date will continue to appear on the website.
52. Website Management may continue to publish information, even if it was deleted in the past from the website.

Changes in the Website and Discontinuation of the Service

53. Website Management reserves the right to change, from time to time, the structure of the website, including its services, design, size and availability of the services provided and any other aspect they involve, without any prior notice to this effect. Such changes will be made, inter alia, taking into account the dynamic nature of the Internet and technological and other changes taking place.
54. Users shall not have any contention, claim and/or demand against Website Management for making such changes and/or any ensuing failures that may occur.
55. The services on GlobeTrip.net are currently provided free of charge. Website Management may at any time discontinue the provision of these services, in whole or in part. Website Management will publish a notice on GlobeTrip.net regarding the discontinuation of the services at least 30 days in advance. When it discontinues the services, Website Management will keep the material contained on GlobeTrip.net for another thirty days, and afterwards it may delete it without saving a backup and without giving any further notice to this effect.

Personal Profile

56. As part of the services provided by Website Management, website users have the possibility of building and designing their own Internet profile (hereinafter: the "personal profile") using an advanced interface developed by Website Management.
57. Website Management shall grant surfers a license to use the personal profile for a limited period to be determined by Website Management.
58. As part of the user license, Website Management may post any content on its behalf in the personal profile page, including advertising content.
59. Website Management shall not be liable to any third party for content posted on the personal profile by surfers and shall not bear any liability for copyright infringement and/or another proprietary right resulting from use of the personal profile and/or due to posting contents for the personal profile.
60. Website Management shall not be liable for any loss of information stored on its servers relating to the personal profile. It is the responsibility of the surfers to back up any information or content posted by them and kept on the Company's servers.
61. The surfer undertakes not to use a false identity and/or to impersonate someone else, and Website Management reserves the right to delete any personal profile which it learns does not match the user's identity.

Law and Venue

62. The laws of the territory, as shall be defined from time to time by Website Management, and they alone shall apply to use of GlobeTrip.net. In order to obtain information on the application of the laws to which the website is subject, you are welcome to write to Website Management, and it will reply on the application of the laws and the governing jurisdiction at that given time, at the Company's discretion.
63. The sole venue concerning any matter stemming from this agreement or from the website is in the competent courts, as they are defined in the area of jurisdiction, as indicated from time to time by the Company.
64. Your use of the website indicates that you accept the jurisdiction appearing in this agreement and you accept the definition of the territory as appears above.
65. Where Website Management assigns its rights in the website, or part thereof, to a third party, Website Management may also assign its rights - in whole or in part - according to these terms of use.
